CAPS (UK) Ltd is based in the small village of Highleadon, approximately halfway between Gloucester and Newent, it was started in December 2000 by Mr Bladek, previously an owner of a well established car body repair business. Mr Bladek bought a damaged caravan from a garage who did not know what to do with it, he repaired and sold the caravan, at which point he wondered how many more garages, car-recovery and insurance companies had the same problem.
